Must try to get used to green smoothies & breakfast and incorporate this into my daily routine (along with running)

-Fresh pressed green juice with kale, cucumber, spinach, parsley and lemon

-Half an hour later make a smoothie

-then have eggs or oatmeal for breakfast.
